I used 50mL of watermelon juice instead of fresh watermelon and it worked well. Lovely cocktail for anytime.

It’s difficult to tell from this recipe how much watermelon to add, tbh. What is a “slice” or “segment” of watermelon?
I really like a Watermelon Margarita, using blanco tequila, acid-adjusted watermelon juice, Midori and some simple syrup.
