I quite like this, made it with Gin Mare that I think complements the amaro and bianco well. As a fan of Cocchi Americano I will probably make this again with a little less amaro. Also Montenegro and Allspice dram feels a bit redundant? Maybe I'll try it with Nonino instead for a lighter drink. I'm rambling, it's a good cocktail, try it!
