White Christmas... how did you get the mincemeat flavour, coz mudding mincemeat, as I did for the Mince Pie Martini in your book back in 2006, is a nightmare? Also, your comment at that time was... "still think sherry is for grannies" I was clearly ahead of the time!! Festive greetings Simon!
