This is bright and tart. It'll make you blink a little, but it's very engaging, especially if you're a lemon lover, I happened to have a little lemon syrup on hand, so I add a light 1/2 oz and gave it a whiz with the frother. It brings the cocktail into delish dessert territory. Makes it a different drink, for sure, both very enjoyable.
