Perhaps better named a Sour Banoffee Daiquiri – what's not to like?

Tasty! Omitted the bitters and went with 40ml of Pusser's and 10ml of Gosling's 151 for the rum - delicious! (Used Giffard's Banane du Bresil as well.)
