Refreshing and light. The salty savouriness works fantastically with the sweetness of the carbonated lemonade.

One of my all time favourite summer drinks. Based on one I had at Parrillan, Coal Drops Yard, London, I leave out the Sprite or 7UP and use fresh lime juice and lemonade instead, garnished with a coriander sprig. ¡Refresco!
