A wonderfully harmonious combination and balance of ingredients. Followed SS’s lead of a few drops of choc bitters, although the grated chocolate garnish really was indulgently fragrant. Packed with flavour, rounding out a full Christmastide.

Second visit I split the Kina between Lillet Blanc and Bonal, and got some really nice depth of flavour.

Rather than leave all of the chocolate work to be done by the garnish, we added just a few drops of Bob's Chocolate Bitters. Quite a gentle late night cocktail...perhaps one for your favourite eccentric aunt.
