Oh no! I used absinthe rather than absinthe vermouth. Classic error.

I'm not a fan of the absinthe vermouth. I wouldn't buy a bottle just to make this cocktail.

The absinthe is very overpowering. I’d probably switch the amounts of the banana and absinthe.

Just checking you used "absinthe vermouth" rather than absinthe?
