Presently, it sits between the two - e.g. Cocchi Vermouth di Torino sits between Martini Rosso ("130g/L sugar, lightly/unaged") and "Full-bodied sweet (eg antica formula)". However, I'm aware that our vermouth categories need addressing, and I'm working on this ahead of my vermouth seminar at Tales this July (2024).

Interesting. As a recent (but very enthusiastic) convert to cocktails, your categories are a very valuable map to help build my understanding.
