Miss Moonshine
Gentian, elderflower and rosemary combine harmoniously, over a Poitín base with aromatised wine

The ingredients blend together nicely. I used a rosemary clove syrup and poitin from local (Ontario, Canada) producers. Bit sweeter than my bitter palate normally likes, but quite smooth and a nice alcoholic kick
