Been keeping a bottle sealed for a while but finally decided to crack it open for some dry martinis and an old pal. Indeed quite pleasant over ice by itself.

One of the joys of domestic cocktail making is that it also introduces one to fabulous drinks like this - over ice, it's just superb. And quaffing a bottle in short order ensures your martinis will always be made with vermouth in the peak of condition - it's a win/win!
