No Braulio, but this was excellent with Amaro Meletti, Lillet Rouge, and Campari. In light of the NOLA connection I added a couple dashes of Peychaud's Bitters, which made it even better. Another winner for the NOLA whiskey cocktail compendium, and another winner from JE Clapham.
Very good indeed. Came for the minty alpine freshness, stayed for the fruit, rich whiskey and herbal depths. Makes 46 and spec. An excellent use for braulio other than the wonderful Improved Vermouth cocktail of this website.
Whenever we embark, expectantly, on a cocktail created by Mr Clapham, for some reason, ultimately, the word "flibbertgibbet" comes to mind. This one is no exception.
