Made this 5:1 as I would my preferred Martini, a dash of Bokers bitters as I don't have Abbots, and my usual garnish of 3 olives. It's fantastic, highlights the genever while still having everything I love about a Martini.

The hint of malt is great in this drink. Subtle, but very flavourful. With any cocktail that has few ingredients, the quality of the genever is critical.

I prefer a Martini with London Dry, but this is a great way to experience the taste of Genever.
