A sweet and sour sipper that has to be tried. Delicate and yet assertive

tried twice: 1st with a lemon that might have been a lemonade lemon, which made it a little sweeter & really lovely, well balanced that preserved with tomato base. Tried a 2nd time with a standard lemon, but was a bit too sour. Shall try 10ml next time for a standard lemon.
