Lovely, sweeter than I was expecting based on the ingredients, especially at first, with the perfect bitter balance. Caraway and citrus pith linger in the aftertaste. Aquavit really needs to be in more cocktails, such a unique flavor.

One of the best Negroni riffs. I don’t use this much aquavit, and call it a Nordgroni.
