Luke loved Pendleton Whiskey. Made this using the Pendleton and it was wonderful.

A Maple Old-fashioned with a splash of mezcal, which, if you choose your mezcal well, adds complex earthy and delicately smoky notes. An enjoyable late night contemplative sipping cocktail.
