Can’t get hold of fresh pornstars or passion fruits, how much Funkin pro purée shall we use?

15ml puree should do the trick. It adds an attractive foam that you don't get with fresh fruit but I like the slight sharpness fresh fruit imparts. Not going to be the same without a half passion fruit boat floating on top.

this drives me crazy, everyone does this and i didn't want to offer this in my bar, but what size of coupe glass would i need to buy in ?

I'd look for a Coupe with a capacity to brim of around 225ml.

I bought this as a Christmas gift . He was absolutely thrilled with it . It’s his favourite martini . Everything to make it , in a box . I’d definitely recommend. Awesome.

I've made a few, what I consider to be successful, tweaks to this recipe. It's not one of my favourites, but both my daughters love this cocktail so I've scored it up a bit more than I would for myself.
