Nice and refreshing, a great weekday aperitif.

Stunning. Beats a Mojito any day. Came back after a long day, and it is just so wonderful!! In true Rickey fashion, I muddled the spent lime wedge along with the mint for just a little. Shook it vigorously for 12 seconds, then strained it. Topped with just the right amount of soda, then added the ice which was in the shaker. Fabulous!

Perfect for a sunny afternoon on the first day of summer. Light and refreshing with just the right hint of mint. Everything blends together wonderfully.

Cold and refreshing, but even with a little muddling the mint really didn’t come through. Maybe it’s just the mint from the yard. Drop the mint and sugar syrup and use tonic water, though, and it could be a real classic cocktail!

I would suggest it is your mint or it wasn't shaken vigorously enough. The shaking breaks up the mint and releases the mint oils.
This comes together better than the rum based mojito, very impressed!

It’s nothing but a gin-version of mojito, as said in the review. But it is surely refreshing, delicious and certainly will be making some other times

Not really the right time of year for this but still wonderfully refreshing and moorish. Could easily make a jug next time!

Definitely worth making a jug at any time of the year.

Exactly my thoughts. Made this end of Novembre and feels wrong somehow. But delicious!
