Got hold of the bruichladdich , as per the creator’s spec. 100% unpeated, it’s very fruity and sweet and unsmoked. I’d sub with something like chivas.

Must try. Went looking for some Glen Grant single malt. Can no longer find it locally. I've read they supply the malt scotch for Chivas. Loved that Albanese quote "Kindness isn't weakness". Cheers.

yep, all up I think as good an election result as one could expect! Very pleased with the number of independents and breaking up the two party strangehold a bit, and some basic, practical policies to look forward to. The bruichladdich is very distinctive, really enjoying it atm. I think best neat and suitably diluted. Glenmorangie might be another sub in this recipe....
