Great call on braulio, GMG. The Suze bottle was unaccountably empty, so subbed 10ml each of braulio and Strega and was very happy!

I went with using the Creme de menthe as an absinthe-style dash on this occasion, and it worked much better for me. Giffard pastille which I find excellent but extremely potent.
