didn't have spiced rum, so I spiced Zacapa with a speck of freshly ground coffee and cacao – I was not disappointed!

A fabulous cocktail if you are looking for something after dinner. The Cynar is a brilliant addition to what with two liqueurs could end up cloying, instead it’s a great chocolate-amaretto-cherry delight.
