Now I’ve discovered Vegg White, I’ve given up using egg white. Even after opening, Vegg White will last for a month in the refrigerator. No waste, no hassle and no wet dog smell.

When you do, be sure to shake the bottle really well before opening. Open and shake again. Then you won't be disappointed. When it comes to sour cocktails, Vegg White is liberating!
