As with the Sangrita, we enjoy two shots of this with a shot of Tequila. Sipping at first, chasing the Tequila with the Verdita, there comes a time when we pour the remaining Tequila into the Verdita glass. Not quite the Japanese tea ceremony but fun nonetheless.
