This is a masterpiece recipe. I'd had this on my wants list for awhile. Finally got a bottle last week. The aroma itself tells the story: mesmerizing. It's been an interesting exploration so far. It's best used as a showcased flavor, not a fringe flourishment. Especially disappointing when paired with Campari.
Rather than "banana liqueur" it's under "Creme de banane liqueur", hence please scroll a bit further under the liqueur category.

This is a spectacular liqueur redefining the crème de banane entirely. I was soo sceptical, remembering the late 80s with revolting banana this and that products. But your review convinced me; a sophisticated, deep and spicy banana flavour. For the adventurous it is a wonderful match with Haitian clairin such as Clairin Sajous. Add a bit of a bright cocktail bitters and the juice of a whole lime, 3:1 ratio of clairin/banane de Brésil. That’s only the beginning of a journey.
