Delicious, definitely quite sweet but in a balanced way. The red fruit really shines through. It's worth noting that frozen raspberries work very well if you give them just a little time to thaw; it's probably not as good as fresh, but more accessible outside raspberry season. Do you muddle the raspberries or just shake them?

With ripe raspberries, good ice and a hard shake there is no need to muddle first.
