Sake sweetened with Sauternes and flavoured with cognac and Islay whisky

I added 1/2oz simple syrup, a dash of saline and two drops of Japanese bitters and it's almost there! I'm thinking next time honey syrup maybe? Could complement the Sauternes, and also maybe up the scotch to 1/2oz to get more smoke.
