Nice, but too sweet as is. I recommend dialing back the grenadine by half, maybe playing around with the pineapple (lightly reduce) and lime (lightly increase) ratios as well, but that needs further testing.

so how do we make this better ? leave out the tasteless vodka, 55ml RUM (preferbly 6 yo + ), no grenadine, replace that with 15ml Falernum, and 20ml orgeat syrup then up the lime to a full lime at 22.5ml ... delicious.

Dial back the pineapple juice and grenadine to make it dryer and more interesting

A true and wonderful tiki drink. The flavours all work wonderfully together. We did back off the grenadine by 1/2 as it is sweet. If you like sweet tiki drinks, use the full amount. It is a great colour for serving at a summer event.
