It scores high visually, but then it falls a bit flat. I used Mrs Better’s for the foam instead of the egg white and maybe that didn’t help, it didn’t have much body and just tasted a bit lacklustre.

Taste a drop of Mrs Better's foamer neat. A few drops of bitters impact a cocktail, and so do such foamers.
