This is delightful! I just bought my first bottle of cachaça and decided to start with this cocktail. I love it. Really nice with the honey. I expect this is one of those bottles that will need replacing regularly.

Refreshing is the word for it. Grassy, sunny, honey. A nice alternative to a Caipirinha.

In Brazil we make this with lime and call it "Pinga com mel" (Cachaça with honey). Pinga is one of the ways the populars call cachaça.

I believe a Pinga com Mel is made with lime rather then lemon and served as a shot. I'll create a dedicated Pinga com Mel page and add a link to it from this page.
