Make no mistake- Lanique is not a liqueur, it comes in at 39% and packs a punch in both flavour and strength. It is sweet, and requires a cocktail or serve with balance and the classic serve of ice and lime works well.
It is a true Turkish Delight rose taste without being cloying. It's vastly underrated in my opinion.

It is not the alc./vol. that determines whether a product is a liqueur or not – Green Chartreuse is 55% alc./vol. and is a liqueur. It is the amount of sugar, if more than 100 grams per litre (10%), then it is a liqueur.
