Ok it was strange but a good idea. Certainly here I was not able to get 'Horse with no name habanero bourbon' made from the same people at Monkey 47. BUT being mother of invention, I went for 'Glenlivet Caribbean Reserve' since is made in old caribbean rum barrels I thought it will be more 'creole' to go with chile. And add some generous shakes of Scrappy's Bitters Tincture. And is lovely. I would never ever dare to put chiles in my whiskies but this is a new territory. I live in Mexico and we put chile in everything, so I am happy and surprised and enchilado from the tongue. I will continue with my journey to make all the Last words in the world.

Excellent as is. I added just a slight touch of bourbon to reinforce its presence a little bit more. 35ml instead of 30ml. Nitpicking...

No, it's a good call. We also want the bourbon, not the chartreuse, to be lead chorister here. Sometimes we up it as far as 40ml.
