Based on recipes dating back to the 1800s, Pierre Ferrand Yuzu Dry Curaçao is made by macerating bitter curaçao orange peels, sweet orange peel, vanilla...
A few months into my first bottle and I've struggled to find a suitable application for it. Corpse Reviver #2 has been its best showing... It's noticeably different from their flagship Curacao. This one has a more dominant lemon-lime nose with an ice creamy, vanilla-sodden palate with blush, citrus-sorbet undertones... It pairs well with lemon juice (but not so much lime)... Quite tasty on its own. But it'll take a long while before I build a catalog of drinks in which it's wanted.
