Very nice, used Fugit which added that great brown sugar and over ripe banana as background to the Campari. The vermouth gives a fruity kick to the end. Agree with Caspian that the tequila isn't quite competing with everything else, may try with reposado next time to see how that holds up.

I think finding a tequila with distinct black pepper notes really tie this drink together. I used a scant measure of campari and fat measures of tequila (G4) and creme de banane and it's a tasty sipper. This one will be fun to play with proportions

Never thought just .75cl of Banana could compete with the Campari in this Tequila Negroni but it's certainly not lost. It's there, especially on the nose, making it into a much more interesting Negroni riff. The tequila is a bit lost, so maybe it would honestly work better with a gin? Nonetheless it's a pleasant cocktail.

It’s ok, but there is no way Campari is the optimum Amari for this. TBD…

Too many strong flavours, ultimately no one's a winner.

My exact quote right now - "That's good. That's actually good."
