To answer your question, our friends at William Grant pointed us to Sam Trevethyen, the global Brand Ambassador for Discarded. His answer was that it varies from batch to batch but is always less than the legal minimum amount required for listing (150mg per litre).

I find this works beautifully in bourbon cocktails, especially fabulous in a Boulevardier, the coffee & cherry notes are a boon.
