Williams
Herbal scotch whisky freshened by orange oils. One of those cocktails that's so spirit-forward that you may find it more enjoyable served on-the-rocks

Well said, Andy. Made with Monkey Shoulder and Noilly Prat. Regan’s bitters are a better match in this drink than Ango Orange, IMHO. Really enjoyable.

Simple but delightful. Well balanced.

Old school cocktail i.e. packs a punch. After a long day it’s a drink to settle down with.
I have the book (not the original!) and it’s full of dash of this and dash of that, though the preface explains a dash is one eighth of an ounce.

Fantastic. Rich, silky, scotch forward, but everyone plays well together here. Nice sipper on a cool eve.
