If you’ve got Averna or something similar I’d highly recommend a a Jeez Louise, tho more tending to warm weather. It’s fantastic!

I'm currently out of Averna, as is the fine wine & spirits shop in town, so this'll have to wait. Meanwhile, I've deconstructed the Creole Cosmo; let us know what you think of it. Slainte!

Will do! I’ve been experimenting with the Charente white negroni… continuing our theme of playing with aromatised wines… I’m a fan! Now we just need to get Simon’s team to implement a solution for tagging people 😆
