I usually like Trader Vic's cocktails, but this one was just "ok" (no CAPS). Fruit flavours are there, but blend to the point the individual flavours are lost.
Did try as per the instructions, but added a float of Demerara rum which gave the cocktail a bit more rum complexity, but thought the pineapple was in the background.

Made with Pineapple & Mango rum & slightly less sugar syrup. 8.5/10
