Feels like a sweet, and less tart version of side car. I think the sweetness overtakes the roundness of the cognac

We both really liked this one. It's very classy. I am sure it helps to use homemade marmalade.

Not sure how my “Sweet Orange Marmalade” (U.S.) compares to the UK seville orange marmalade so reduced the sugar by one third. Still too sweet at first but grew on us as a spiked dessert.

The vanilla and marmalade combo is sophisticated - tastes like there a good quality bitters in in. Recommended

Very well balanced and refreshing. Left out the sugar syrup as we like our drink a little on the tart side. It was perfect.

Very smooth. Although I think I might have put a bit too much sugar as it was slightly sweet. Will make again and be more precise! The Orange twist is a must.
