Medium Martini
A classic Martini served perfect and very wet. I prefer mine shaken which is the method Harry specifies in his guide

I’m adding this one to my rotation for martinis. Overall nicely balanced and the orange zest is a great addition that adds to the experience.

Quite nice, shaken as per Simon’s recommendation. Gin is well balanced by the vermouth. Much less boozy tasting than a regular Martini.
