Well I did not have the Belle de Brillet which I'm sure is lovely. I did have some St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur and this cocktail is an outstanding sour. Trying my best to slip slowly. I'm wondering how it would taste with a nice, aged rum in place of the cognac as I do love to do on occasion...
