I (and my wife) prefer two parts bourbon and one part each of the sour and the sweet. Perfect balance.

Have to agree with you, Simon. This one is a bit sweet for being a “sour”. The 4:2:8 is a bit on the sour side for me, so somewhere in between is my Goldilocks zone! Will have to keep experimenting on the ratio! Happy new year!
