"My Ketel one 'garnished with good' initiative is Picture This. I want to help my bartending colleagues and other creatives get better at showing their work. In this digital world, anyone can and should be talking about, posting and showing their work. It helps their reach on social media and with future work. Keeping a portfolio on their media is a great way to show future partners, employers, investors or anyone who might care what they are about.
With my initiative Picture this, I have hosted a small photography masterclass. In this masterclass, I gave my colleagues tips and tricks on how to take better pictures of their Ketel One cocktails with their phone. We started by sitting down with my Ketel One cocktail, also named "Picture This and we talked about how and why we should take better pictures and show our work. Then we went on and practised those tricks I talked about. With my initiative, I'm trying to share with the world how great Ketel One is, while also teaching others something they can use for the rest of their lives. We already have another masterclass scheduled on the 24th of August, where we have an even bigger group of bartenders and cocktail enthusiasts already signed up. While those masterclasses can be great for my community, I can see this going further. Making an online guide sponsored by Ketel One on how to "Picture this" where we can teach bartenders all over the world how to take better pictures of their Ketel One cocktails and show their work."

Ice: One long piece of clear ice
Ingredients:
45 ml Ketel One Family-Made Vodka
30 ml Crowberry & meadowsweet shrub
90 ml Tonic
To make Crowberry & meadowsweet shrub:
Put 500gr freshly picked crowberries, 8gr dried meadowsweet and 500gr sugar in a vacuum bag and let sit for 24 hours at room temp. Strain away and add 10% of volume of apple cider vinegar and 3gr citric acid.
