I would like to share with you a classic cocktail video of the Garibaldi, as we do it in the Mandarin Bar. Refreshing, well-balanced and extremely easy to make at home.
Also, I would like to share some home cooking, which is my second passion when I'm not at work. In this case I have made some 'Focaccia Barese' (flour, extra virgin olive oil, salt, sugar, yeast, water, tomatoes, basil, black pepper, oregano, cappers, black olives) from scratch and that's the final result. Delicious.
