Manuel Terron is an authority and leading voice of Australian bartending. As a seasoned professional that has worked in the industry for over 25 years, creating award winning drinks and tending bars, he's worked in Barcelona, New York and throughout Australia. He was also writer and host for television’s “Mixing with the Best”, one of the first programs to focus on the global cocktail culture, featuring the many bars, bartenders and trends that would eventually mould the industry.

The past six years have seen Manuel in the role of global brand ambassador for Midori melon liqueur. As the first international ambassador based in Australia, his role has allowed him to follow his passion for bars travelling worldwide educating, mixing and mentoring young bartenders keen to develop within the industry. Currently, as the National Bars Manager for The Keystone Group, Manuel oversees the company’s beverage program throughout 22 venues nationwide with a key focus on training, drink development and brand growth.
