Natalie has worked both behind the stick and front of house in bars and restaurants for over 11 years. Her career highlights include managing venues within Sydney’s Merivale Group and taking the role as Bar Manager of the institution that was, Cafe Pacifico. From venue Manager of Hugos Bar Pizza in Potts Point she became part of the award winning bar team at Eau De Vie, Sydney. Then she went on to own and operate the award winning Mojo Record Bar on York Street for two years.

As a passionate trainer and spirits advocate with companies like Vanguard Luxury Brands and CCA, she nowadays holds a role as the NSW Reserve Brand Ambassador for Diageo. A huge lover of spirits and all things cocktail, she's always excited to have an opportunity to mix one of her brands like Tanqueray No. Ten Gin with a legendary brand like Heering. Garnish: Dehydrated pineapple
Method: Shake and double strain, top with soda.

• 40 ml Tanqueray 10 Gin
• 10 ml Cherry Heering
• 7.5 ml Bénédictine D.O.M.
• 20 ml Fresh pineapple juice
• 15 ml Lemon juice
• 10 ml Grenadine
• 2 dashes Bittermans Tiki bitters
• Top with Soda
