Story of Blossoms Syrup

Aude Dupont Dudley founded Blossoms Syrup in 2010, when she decided to follow her passion for food and drink and spotted a gap in the market for premium syrups.

Aude had spent the previous 20 years working in international business roles within the aerospace industry. The foundation of Blossoms Syrup was built upon what felt like a natural progression for her which, while in a different industry, lent on her real passion, business experience and background.

Inspired by her grandmother's recipes, Aude began her new syrups venture from her own kitchen, experimenting with the right combination of fruit concentrate, inverted sugar and citric acid. Launching with 6 flavours, there are now 15 in the Blossoms Syrup range, all designed to be used by chefs, bartenders and consumers wherever an intense fruitiness is called for. From drizzling on waffles, to adding to smoothies, to classic cocktails, the range includes flavours from passionfruit to sour cherry, raspberry to lime and many more.

Aude's classic syrups have won Great Taste awards each year since 2012 and in the summer 2020, she will be marking the 10th anniversary of Blossoms Syrup with the launch of a new flavour. Watch this space!
