Created by Jorge Hernandez, Michael's Genuine
1 oz Italicus
1 oz Gin
1 oz Redland Guava
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
top with Prosecco
Sprayed with Rose Water
Method:
Shake/strain. Garnish with fresh mint sprig.
Inspiration:
It is a play on a classic French 75 with a more Miami twist added by using a local Guava grown in the Redland area of Miami, and its peculiar bitter and sour notes work perfectly with the bergamot aroma of Italicus. It is a very tropical yet refreshing all day cocktail, perfect for Miami's weather!
