Method: BLEND all ingredients with ice and pour into chilled glass glass.

  • 60 ml Ron Santiago de Cuba Extra Añejo 11 Year Old
  • 5 ml Lime juice
  • 30 ml Coconut liqueur
  • 150 ml Pineapple juice
  • 5 Peppermint leaves

The creator says: This Daiquiri has been designed in the Constante Bar; named in honor of the creator of the Daiquiri frappe: Constante Ribalaigua, known as "father of the Cantina in Cuba. Inspired in the tropical flavours combination we can find in Cuba. Its colours are those reflected in our Bar Constante and at the same time, highlights Santiago de Cuba Rum 11 Year Old's qualities. Yellow: represents the harmony in its aroma and flavor. Green: is fresh image and Santiago's beautiful nature. And white: its purity."
