Malecón
Garnish: Merengue of geranium

  • 40 ml Ron Santiago de Cuba Extra Añejo 11 Year Old
  • 35 ml Lime juice
  • 15 ml Elderflower liquor
  • 20 ml Hibiscus and flax seed orgeat

The creator says: "The inspiration came from the trade sea route that linked the two Malecones, Santiago de Cuba and Cádiz since the 16th century. The two cities celebrated each year their own Carnaval and Momus was the God of the Carnaval, Momo in Spanish. I wanted to mix a daiquiri and a mai tai and make it more floral."
