Method: Macerate all ingredients with fresh lime. Shake and fine strain.
Inspiration: Inspired by the common ritual of sage tea consumption during rainy seasons in the Dominican Republic, the native Island of the bartender who created this cocktail, this twist on the daiquiri centres on the wild herb sage.
